Imre Dániel Horváth was born in Budapest, Hungary on the 18th of September 1981. Since he was a child he has been practising many different types of sports such as Modern pentathlon from the age of 7 until 12, Football (Defender at BKSE and PSC) from 12 to 15 years old and Aikido from 2001 until 2005 which he also achieved a Black Belt certification from his master Toshiyuki Kitayama.


He received his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on August 2014 from the hands of his mentor Master Max Carvalho and Master Zé Radiola. BJJ has been Imre's passion, hobby and work for the past 10 years.


Imre is currently teaching BJJ at Gracie Barra Hungary and Boxing University Club, both located in Budapest. He is also available to guide and coach anyone interested in the beautiful art of BJJ through private trainings. He is also very experienced in BJJ seminars and a certified IBJJF Referee.
